People will have a hell of a time suing them given that what they're doing is protected under the Section 107 of the Copyright Act.

huh? am not ass kissing you am just saying the truth that you have nice art..and how ED taken others work yours and maybe others and use them for their own use and try to make You or others on their page look bad which so not true!
What ED does is still protected under the law. You can't sue them for it. No matter how much you like or dislike them, that's not a lawsuit you're going to win. It's not even like they're claiming it as their own creation, credit is given to the creators (in a roundabout and derivative way but credit no less). The lawsuit you're talking about is about as flimsy as a piece of wet paper.
